What is a Typical Group Training Session Like?

Debra's group training includes activities on our playground's outdoor sport court with body weight, free weights, medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, CORE balance boards, and stability balls and other diverse outdoor adventures.

Debra will lead you through an organized, well thought-out workout routine with upbeat, motivating instruction that may include a combination of agility and balance drills, games, exercises, cardio, and strength training.

So ...it’s something different every day, incorporating a variety of equipment and locations with weight training and cardio interval training techniques programs to benefit your entire body!

Through a total body fitness workout based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles, within weeks you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.

What Does It Cost?

The daily rate for a group bootcamp training session at Tuscany* is $15 with my special TWO WEEKS FREE Swimsuit Readiness Program, (otherwise $18 for residents), and my personal one-on-one hourly rate is $80 (depending on availability). This does not include the specialized GOLF assessment. Click here for GOLF. All training requires a 12-session commitment and is prepaid prior to participation. Payment is due at time of scheduling and can be done electronically online using any credit card.

Why Group Training?

Using the principles of functional movement training and CORE CONDITIONING, you'll get the same great personalized workouts with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one strength and conditioning training in the gym-and have FUN with others while doing it.

How Long Will It Take To See Results?

Most participants who commit to 3 days a week or more will begin to notice improvements within 2-3 weeks. More dramatic results and weight loss depend on your nutrition, but the benefits of exercise stand on their own. You’ll have more energy, be stronger, feel confident, and feel proud that you made the decision to do something different. The sooner you start, the sooner you will benefit! SEE RESULTS

*I do not work for Tuscany or Rhodes Development. and I am an independent fitness professional. As a Tuscany resident, I know and appreciate our property for all of the great places to get a good workout. Our fitness room is fully equipped with free weights plus more, the basketball and racquetball courts, our pool area and green belts make it easy to get all the fitness you need without leaving the property.
